Token Launch Fee

0 SOL

The current platform launch fee is shown above. During SPAWN Launch Week it is waived automatically. Network fees, account costs and any optional first buy still apply. Outside the offer, the platform fee is transferred in the pool-creation transaction.

Trading Fee

1.2% base fee

SPAWN bonding pools use a flat 1.2% trading fee, collected in SOL. It is shared three ways: about 0.24% to Meteora, whose program runs the curve, about 0.25% to the token's creator, and the rest to SPAWN. Tokens launched before creator fees pay no creator share. Other protocol and network costs may apply. Check the on-chain pool quote and wallet transaction before trading.

Spawn Swap fee

The separate Spawn Swap aggregator is configured for a 0.3% platform fee by default, collected in wrapped SOL as part of a signed swap. Each live route shows its exact fee before wallet review. It is distinct from the bonding curve trading fee above; network and DEX pool fees may also apply.

Limit orders

SPAWN charges no fee on limit orders. They are held and filled by Jupiter, so Solana network fees and any Jupiter fees apply. The smallest order is $10.

NFT collection fees

  • Creating a collection: 0.1 SOL. Wallets holding 1,000,000 $SPAWN or more pay half. The exact fee for your wallet is shown before you approve.
  • Minting an NFT into your own collection: 0.005 SOL each.
  • Public mints: 3% of the mint price per NFT, minimum 0.005 SOL. The buyer pays it on top of the creator's price, and it is shown in the Mint box before they approve.
  • Permanent storage on Arweave: a small one-time cost per image, based on its file size. It is included in the amount your wallet shows.
  • Solana account rent and the Metaplex protocol fee are charged by the network on top, and appear in your wallet's preview.
  • Royalties you set on a collection (0% to 10%) go entirely to your wallet. SPAWN takes no share of them.

What creators earn

  • On the bonding curve: about 0.25% of every trade, from the first trade, on tokens launched with creator fees. It is the creator's share of the 1.2% trading fee, paid in SOL and held in the token's pool until the creator claims it. Tokens launched before creator fees were switched on earn nothing on the curve, and that cannot be changed for an existing pool.
  • After graduation: the token's liquidity moves to a Meteora pool and is locked permanently. The locked position belongs to the wallet that launched the token. That pool charges a 1% base trading fee, and the position's share of those fees, after Meteora's protocol share, is the creator's to claim: about 0.8% of every trade on the base fee, with about 0.2% to Meteora. SPAWN takes nothing from trades in that pool. When a token graduates, SPAWN takes a one-time 1% of the SOL the curve raised, before it goes into the pool. Fees are paid in SOL.
  • How to claim: open your Creator Dashboard, connect the wallet that launched the token, and press Claim curve fees or Claim fees. Your wallet signs the claim and the SOL is paid to it straight from the token's own pool. SPAWN never holds these fees, and they do not expire.
  • What cannot be claimed: the liquidity itself. It stays locked for good, so nobody, including the creator and SPAWN, can withdraw it.

Earnings depend entirely on how much the token is traded after it graduates. A token that never graduates, or is not traded afterwards, earns its creator nothing.

Bonding Curve Economics

  • Total supply: 1,000,000,000 tokens per launch, with 6 decimals.
  • Quote token: SOL — every pool is priced in native SOL.
  • Curve shape: price changes along a custom sqrt-price curve as trades affect the pool; price can fall and loss is possible.
  • Graduation: migration follows the pool's on-chain price curve and Meteora rules. No fixed SOL threshold is guaranteed; check the live pool progress.
  • Liquidity after graduation: locked permanently in the Meteora pool, in a position held by the creator's wallet.
  • Fee recipients: the platform receives the launch fee, configured trading fees, and any leftover tokens under the pool rules. Swaps settle on-chain.

Review the full transaction before signing. When a platform launch fee applies, it is transferred in the same signed transaction as pool creation. A zero platform fee does not waive network or account costs.
