1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (email, name), project data you create, and usage analytics such as page views and referral sources for projects you publish.
Quests and referrals
If you join SPAWN Quests, we record your referral code, referring code, linked wallet identifiers, daily check-ins, qualifying project activity, and points history to operate the program and review abuse. Referral links may store a code in your browser for up to 30 days.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, verify wallet-based transactions, display analytics dashboards, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Payment Processing
Token launch and optional upgrade transactions are signed in your Solana wallet and recorded on-chain. SPAWN does not take card payments or store card details.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, AI services, and analytics tools) who help us operate the Service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Wallets and Public Chain Data
If you connect a wallet, SPAWN processes its public address and related transaction signatures to show balances, verify launches, swaps and upgrades, and link project activity. Public Solana transactions can be viewed by anyone and cannot be deleted from the blockchain by SPAWN.
10. Canadian Privacy Requests
Canadian users may request access to or correction of personal information under applicable privacy law, including PIPEDA where it applies. Use the Help page for current support channels. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by SPAWN.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes.
