1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SPAWN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SPAWN provides tools for building and deploying modular landing pages for cryptocurrency and blockchain projects, including project analytics and linked token launches.
3. Accounts & Fees
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet. Publishing a project page does not require a site payment, and SPAWN has no subscriptions and takes no card payments. Token launches, NFT mints, airdrops and paid promotion may include a network and platform fee, shown in SOL before wallet signature. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise for that service.
SPAWN Quests
Quest points are a record of activity, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and do not guarantee a token, airdrop, or future reward. Referral credit requires a qualifying referred account. We may review and remove points obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, or misleading referrals. If a future program is announced, its separate eligibility terms will apply.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to host fraudulent or misleading content, or to violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as part of providing the Service.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPAWN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Token and Wallet Risks
Tokens can lose all value. Quotes, prices, bonding-curve progress and liquidity can change quickly. Wallet signatures and on-chain transfers may be irreversible; network and protocol fees usually cannot be refunded. SPAWN does not verify or endorse every creator claim. Review mint addresses, authorities, pool fees and transaction details independently before trading.
10. Eligibility and Jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 years old and may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including restrictions on digital assets in your location.
11. Creator Content and Takedowns
Creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their project pages. We may remove content or restrict access when we receive a credible report of fraud, impersonation, infringement or unlawful activity. Use the Report link on a token, NFT collection or project page to flag it, or the Help page to find current support channels.
